Multiplication

 Walt: Use a variety of multiplication strategies to solve problems.

                                       Reflection
I was able to use all the strategies I have learnt to answer all of the problems e.g pvp , place value, tidy numbers, and brackets. I used them by
1. learning my multiplication
2. putting my brackets in correct position to make my work easier to read.
 also I was able to make up my own problems.

Next time I will try to give myself a challenge when making my problem.
Also I will try my best to know all the strategies to all my problems
of by heart.

A - Z Celebrations

Walt: Find out celebrations from a to z

We were trying to find out the weird and wonderful ways that people celebrate.
I want to try to find celebrations that make more sense.

Birthdays Now And Then

Walt :contrast to compare birthdays

I was learning to find out how people in 1967 and people in 2017 celebrated birthdays.  It was a little bit tricky because I could not remember what are the different ways they celebrate.

Birthday Celebrations

Walt : Identify and understand the different ways that birthdays are celebrated around the world.

In this we are learning how everyone in the world celebrate birthdays differently.   This was so much fun because we got to see all the crazy ways that people celebrate.

Bridge To Terabithia

WALT: I am learning to make a prediction based on the cover and blurb.

                                                    Reflection
I was able to look at two different covers of the same story and find the all the things that are the same.  I found all the key words in the blurb to find out a prediction.


Next time I will try to find more information in the blurb to make it similar to the story .
